在石油鉆井和開發(fā)中，從鉆開油氣層到完井、固井、射孔、酸化、修正、壓井、洗井、等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，由于液體和固體的顆粒的浸入都不同程度的對(duì)油氣層造成損害和污染。暫堵技術(shù)是避免各種入井流體浸入油氣層的重要措施之一，保護(hù)油氣層效果明顯。
TBD系列暫堵劑，是以重質(zhì)不飽和烴樹脂為主要原料，經(jīng)特殊的合成和加工工藝制成的油層保護(hù)劑新產(chǎn)品。具有油溶性好、暫堵率高、封堵強(qiáng)度大、解堵率高、適用性廣、成本低廉、施工簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，可適用于鉆井液、完井液、修井液、壓井液、洗井液等多種入井液體的暫堵，防止入井流體浸入，保護(hù)油氣層。該產(chǎn)品是在我公司承擔(dān)的國(guó)家"九五"攻關(guān)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目——重質(zhì)不飽和烴聚合物暫堵劑在油田中的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)上研制開發(fā)的，項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)油溶性暫堵劑的產(chǎn)品空白，達(dá)到國(guó)外產(chǎn)品同期水平。
一、 基本原理
以重質(zhì)不飽和烴樹脂，油溶性聚合物、表面活性劑等為主要原料的TBD系列暫堵劑，含有架橋粒子、充填粒子及變形粒子，具有不同粒度級(jí)配的TBD水基懸浮液，可在地層孔喉處吸附架橋、充填形成一條滲透率相對(duì)較低且具有一定強(qiáng)度的暫堵帶，阻止入井流體進(jìn)入油氣層，開井生產(chǎn)時(shí)可被原油逐漸溶解、分散，從而達(dá)到暫堵、防漏和保護(hù)油氣層的目的。
二、 主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)
1、 油溶率≥95%
2、 暫堵率≥95%
3、 解堵率≥90%
4、 使用地層溫度40-120°C;
5、 使用地層滲透率0.01-15μ㎡;
三、 使用方法
1、 TBD-1型（液劑）：用油井作業(yè)入井流體的暫堵保護(hù)劑。將其配成2-3%（加水稀釋10倍）的水基懸浮液，充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆?，可在作業(yè)前單獨(dú)注入地層實(shí)施暫堵保護(hù)，也可在入井流體中加入實(shí)施暫堵保護(hù)，待壓力穩(wěn)定后，再進(jìn)行后續(xù)修井作業(yè)，每米地層用量3-10方；用作酸化轉(zhuǎn)向劑時(shí)，先將其用水稀釋成3-5%的水基懸浮液，用泵壓注入底層，然后再進(jìn)行酸化，每米地層用量3-5方。
2、 TBD-II型（粉劑）：用作鉆井液暫堵保護(hù)劑，可在打開油氣層后，直接加入到鉆井液完井液中， 加量為2-3%。用作采油作業(yè)入井流體暫堵和酸化暫堵時(shí)，需預(yù)先配置0.3%的聚丙烯酰胺水溶液,然后加入2-3%的TBD-II粉劑,充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆蚝笫褂?每米地層用量3-10方

The product is in my company of the state" Nine Five" project -- heavy unsaturated hydrocarbon polymer plugging agent in oil field based on the application of research and development, project products to fill the domestic oil soluble temporary plugging agent products blank, reached the same level of foreign products.
One, basic principle
Heavy unsaturated hydrocarbon resin, oil soluble polymer, surface active agent as the main raw materials such as TBD series of shielding temporary plugging agent, with bridging particles, filling particles and deformation of particles with different particle size distribution, the TBD water-based suspensi, can be adsorbed in formation pore throat bridging office, filling and form a relatively low penetration rate and with a certain strength plugging band, stop into the well fluid into the reservoir, well production of crude oil can be gradually dissolved, dispersed, so as to achieve temporary plugging, sealing and reservoir protection purposes.

Three, the use of methods
In 1, TBD-1 ( liquid ): used in oil well operation into the well fluid and temporary plugging agent. The match 2-3% ( diluted with water 10 times) aqueous suspensi, fully mixing evenly, can be injected into the formation before operation to separate implementation of temporary blocking protection, can also be found in the well fluid is added in the implementation of temporary blocking protection, the pressure to be stable, and then follow-up workover, each meter formation was 3-10; as the acidified diverting agent, first be diluted into 3-5% water-based suspensi with a pump pressure injection, bottom, then acidification, dosage of 3-5 per meter formation.
In 2, TBD-II ( powder ): used in drilling fluid plugging agent, an open reservoir, directly added to the drilling fluid and completion fluid, plus the amount of 2-3%. As oil production well fluid and temporary plugging and acidizing plugging, need of configuring 0.3% polyacrylamide aqueous solution, and then joined the 2-3% TBD-II powder, stirring, dosage of 3-10 per meter formation
